Cherry Blossom Festival - Saturday (3PM - 6PM)
The Cherry Blossom Festival in Springtime is required shooting for photographers in Washington, DC. PhotoTour DC takes the ritual a step further with our 2011 Cherry Blossom Photo Tour and Photo Book event.
Learn to take great pictures of Washington, DC’s Cherry Blossoms, and use your best photos from the tour to personalize your very own 2011 Commemorative Cherry Blossom Photo Book.
On our photo tour, we teach the basics of lighting and composition to capture memorable cherry blossom photos. As we walk around the Tidal Basin area, we will work through our own scavenger hunt of great photo opportunities.
After the tour, you will receive a 2011 Commemorative Cherry Blossom Photo Book that you will personalize with your own photos. This book, created with Blurb.com software, will include pages with background and history of the Cherry Blossoms in Washington, DC. All it needs are your photos to make it the perfect commemorative keepsake.
Keep the photo book for your own memories or use it as the perfect gift to friends and loved ones.
You can also choose to purchase the photo tour without the photo book.
